The All-Ukrainian Forum-Workshop was held in Kyiv within the framework of the educational and practical project "Movement towards "ProZorro"" and became a platform for discussions on the implementation of the electronic procurement system. The speakers talked about their own work experience in the system and methods to overcome the major problems associated with its use. The acute practical questions were answered directly by developers of the system of public e-procurements ProZorro, representatives of the appeal system, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, commercial sites, health care authorities, business representatives and customers. The motto of the event was "Aware means armed!". The forum has enabled all participants and speakers to share experiences and help accelerate the implementation of healthcare reform and anti-corruption. The main feature of the event was the exchange of experiences, advice and life hacks from market representatives and users of the electronic system "ProZorro", and sharp discussions and frank responses to the Forum participants.
