Sport Forum 2014 was successfully held on November 28, 2014 at the Radisson Blu in the center of Kiev. The goal of the project is to improve the health of the Ukrainian nation by implementing a system of rehabilitation measures and sports-patriotic education of youth. Particular attention was paid to considering new approaches and technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of sports and traumatic injuries, as well as improving the rehabilitation of such patients. The main issues were: the main approaches to consulting patients regarding smoking and drinking alcohol, the emergence of cardiovascular diseases in athletes, physical rehabilitation of cardiac patients, the formation of a culture of safety and a healthy lifestyle in the system of sports education in Ukraine. The leading specialists - doctors of sports medicine, therapists, vertebrologists, neurologists, cardiologists, reflexologists, orthopedics-traumatologists, rehabilitation specialists, representatives of local self-government bodies, non-governmental organizations, athletes-were invited to participate in the conference.
